Quoted premiums, limits, deductibles, discounts, and coverage terms may change after underwriting review.

3. No Coverage Is Bound Through the Website

Submitting an online form, requesting a quote, uploading documents, signing an application, providing payment information, or communicating with Whitestone does not automatically create or bind insurance coverage.

Coverage is effective only when it has been expressly confirmed in writing by an authorized insurance carrier or its authorized representative and all applicable binding requirements have been satisfied.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance, obtaining a quote, or receiving services from Whitestone.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your requests, applications, policies, transactions, and communication preferences. Messages may be recurring.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and service plan. Whitestone does not charge a separate fee for receiving text messages, but your wireless provider may impose charges.

Opting Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Whitestone.

After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you later provide new consent.

Whitestone will also honor other reasonable requests to revoke SMS consent when required by applicable law.

Returned, rejected, disputed, reversed, or unsuccessful payments may affect an application or policy as permitted by the carrier, policy terms, and applicable law.

9. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to insurance carriers, payment processors, electronic-signature platforms, government agencies, consumer-reporting providers, or other third-party websites.

Whitestone does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites or services.
